Work Permit
If you have been offered a job and need a work permit, download the Request for Work Permit document and fill it out. Please note that you will need the signature of your employer as well as a parent or guardian.
Once you have turned in your completed work permit document, it will take up to 3 business days to process. Please keep this in mind when submitting a renewal request before the expiration date.
