DONATION LEVELS - How to Become a Community Sponsor
CRIMSON LEVEL SPONSOR - $500
- A banner will be placed in the Stadium, Gym, or Front Fence of the school based on the donor's preference.
- Inclusion as an official sponsor on the official Monte Vista Website sponsorship page.
GOLD LEVEL SPONSOR - $1000
- A banner will be placed in the Stadium, Gym, or Front Fence of the school based on the donor's preference.
- Inclusion as a sponsor announced during each home football game and other sporting events.
- ex. “Shoutout to Pizza Restaurant, the official pizza sponsor of your Monte Vista Monarchs. The perfect place to grab a slice!
- ex. Thank you to one of our Monarch Sponsors, Local Business LLC. Local Business LLC provides countless opportunities for [SERVICE AND OTHER INFORMATION].
- Inclusion as a sponsor listed within social media posts.
- Inclusion as an official sponsor on the official Monte Vista Website sponsorship page.
MONARCH LEVEL SPONSOR - $2000+
- Two banners will be placed in the Stadium, Gym, or Front Fence of the school based on the donor's preference.
- Inclusion in the Monte Vista ASB Newscast
- Inclusion as a sponsor listed with various @montevistaasb social media posts.
- Inclusion as a sponsor announced during multiple home sporting games (multiple reads), including all football games.
- Inclusion as an official sponsor on the official Monte Vista Website front and sponsorship pages.
WHY DONATE?
Given cuts in funding and the raising of costs, campus programs -- from athletics to arts to other student body activities -- are becoming increasingly diffiicult to maintain. Through your donation, all revenue that is raised will be added to the General Student Activities Fund. The Activities Fund raised by the Associated Student Body (ASB) distributes funds and maintains all campus programs by helping pay for equipment, financing all officials for athletic events, setting up school and community events, and much more! Thank you in advance for your consideration.
All donations will be returned with a Thank You Letter from the school that can be used for Tax Write-Off purposes. To confirm receipt, receive tax-refundable letter, and arrange for details regarding advertisement and representation of your business, please contact the ASB Advisor, Nevin Sarao, via email: nsarao@guhsd.net once donations are sent.
Donations can be placed via the “Donations” tab in the Monte Vista Webstore or through checks made payable to: MONTE VISTA ASB.
Banners can be set up and printed by Monte Vista High School based on a General Template or Updated by other Request. Banners will be posted for the duration of 1 calendar year from the day of receipt of Donation.
